A bet placed before a match begins is called a pre-match bet. With live betting, you can place bets while the match is in progress — odds may change rapidly during this time. The final decision on whether a bet is accepted rests with the jata bet system.

• Minimum bet amount: ৳50
• Maximum bet limits may vary depending on the market and event.
• Bets will be refunded if a match is abandoned or cancelled.
• In the event of a tie or draw, payments will be made according to the applicable rules.
• If one bet in a parlay is voided, it will be treated as a single bet.
• In the event of a dispute over results, jata bet's decision is final.

4Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

Jata bet offers deposit and withdrawal services via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposits are generally processed instantly. Withdrawal requests are typically completed within 24–48 hours, though delays may occur if KYC verification has not been completed.

• Bets placed with bonus funds must have minimum odds of 1.50.

You may also request account closure at any time. In such cases, your balance will be returned provided there are no pending bets and your KYC verification is complete.

• If an account is closed due to a terms violation, the remaining balance may be forfeited.
• A maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts.
• A self-exclusion option is available for responsible betting.

8Limitation of Liability

Jata bet provides its services on an "as is" basis. jata bet shall not be directly liable for any service disruptions caused by technical issues, network outages, or any other circumstances.
